Project Management
Regardless of size of project, we approach each project using the same project management ethos. Our total project management process is derived from the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (or PMBOK). Our project managers are trained in each of the areas of this body of knowledge and use this training to deliver projects to the highest standard.
We approach projects with a focus on all areas of project management including integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, resources management, communications management, risk management, and procurement management. This inclusive focus helps us to add value for our customers in ways which others simply cannot. To further support this approach, our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management systems ensures that the appropriate internal and external audits exist to keep this focus pointed at success.
Through all areas of our management and implementation systems we ensure that the right technology is used to support each function. All of our Project Managers are trained in systems such as Microsoft Project and many other management software systems.
