Description: The works at Shannon Airport include the AGL installations associated with the re-surfacing of the existing runway, and in particular, the TDZ, Taxiways, and turn pad. During these works, a temporary threshold system will be implemented, and all works are carried out while maintaining an operational runway. These works include threshold lighting, stop-bars, edge lights, approach lights, centrelines etc. Also included is the diversion of existing services to enable the resurfacing works to take place.
